This feels like something from an (original) Fallout or Wasteland game. Like a hyper post-capitalist land for beads reference.
The Burger Reich are not the only ones doing this. When the Danish queen retired, handing power to her son and hand-picked successor, the Carlsberg brewery celebrated the event by changing the label on their beer to say "The Royal Couple".
I mean, that is pathetic, and as I Brit I'm very familiar with that kind of royal bootlicking.
I meant more than someone would accept a beer with that label on it in exchange for foreign control.
