Is there any way to get blood tests done in the United States without it going into your permanent record? I'm working on leaving the us within months and I know poor health can cause governments to reject immigration applications. I have been healthy so far, but I don't want to ignore any signs of something possibly creeping up on me.

You can pay out of pocket for blood tests. Don't give them your doctor information, just give them an alias etc.
