let me add betraying Wagner to this
I hope that fits the bill, but so far the only consequence of betraying Wagner is that Wagner drove to Belarus with few apparent repercussions.
the reputation of Russia has been damaged further and I don't know how well Russia will fare now without Wagner's support and nobody will now trust Russia because they know they'll soon backstab them.
