A bit cheeky of the guardian to headline this as "intelligence" as if to imply some shady connection with the security services. In reality the "intelligence" seems to be from a random PR firm set up to toss off self centred think tanks such as Labour Together for profit.
Only if your understanding of “intelligence” is limited to “state-gathered closed-source intelligence”.
