To be fair, tiktok does have a lot of adhd tips. It's just interspersed with misinformation and ragebait
Yeah it you can find an actual doctor/ psychiatrist with legit credentials, usually they are enthusiasticly sharing tips and discoveries
Yeah but how do you get them to tell you? When i find them they only say shit like 'what? Who are you?' or 'please don't hurt me'. I got an ex military er doc once who didnt panic, but this was in chicago and he went straight for the gun under his pillow.
Maybe give real advice?
