Ask yourselves, why do officials need ICE protection when they have the Secret Service?
They’re there to assist policing American fans, not to protect officials.
Because the US didn't have enough actual police officers they could bring?
Because the police is employed by states and the country. ICE is their private army, and obeys their master.
No difference than officers having red armbands in the 1930's.
