MODERATORS
Canadians say that because that is simply what it is.
The US always has been a shitty ally at best, now it's outright hostile and a lot more capable than Russia (ignoring that tidbit where Russia has a big influence in US politics now)
They're the defacto evil empire of the world. We just got preferential treatment as their evil little sidekick.
