Then what do you assume +1 to Town Portal does?
If I remember correctly from Diablo 2, you just set a specific town as your return point and use the scroll, so it sends you back. What would a +1 do in this case?

Assume you no longer need the scroll in the inventory. And ypu can just use it from the right click skills selection.
