They're not arguing in bad faith. You maybe didn't notice the user change, @PatFussy@lemm.ee didn't say anything about what fascism is, they literally just asked for more information. If you did notice the username, then you're making one hell of an assumption over the tone of their comment.
That CSAM comment was clearly a joke in light of the shitpost memes community closing. People joke in meme threads.
