Haha. The money if required to be refunded goes to the companies that paid it not consumers.

Uh and during that time that these gracious corporations dealt with tariffs prices didn't go up at all, right? Right?

You are right ...they did on some things. And other things had no change. You may not care but look at all the companies investing in America now. Pledges to build plants in America creating better paying jobs. Sure in the here and now thing are a little tighter. Tomorrow is a different story.

I appreciate your optimism unfortunately I don't share it. The companies in America are literally destroying the country while while profits are soaring. You don't have to look hard to find examples where one hand espouses all the good they are doing for Americans while the other hand undermines the very people they claim to care about. I bet there are some alteristic companies out there but none of the top ones.
