I have a standing order with them, but half the time I don't know whether I owe them money or if they're overcharging or anything

It's annoying they don't just have an option for "I am an adult. I manage my finances. I don't live hand to mouth. Just charge me for what I use." without needing to go through the Direct Debit shuffle every so often.
