If you want to go back to reddit, your best bet is to run on a VM with a different yet standard resolution and to try to mask all the data your browser leaks about you (why there isn't a browser that already does this is ridiculous). Different timezone, location, etc. Tracking doesn't matter as long as you don't use it with your main account. Cycle your IP, which is usually simply turning off your ISP router for a while then turning it back on again, don't really need a VPN unless they want to start banning whole geographical locations.
