Chinese owned TikTok and Russian troll farms also bought access. Elon Musk got fired from his advisor position. There is no friendship or loyalty from people like Trump, purely transactional, and right now Amazon and Google dont have enough to offer in order to tell him what to do. They support him because he lowers their taxes and weakens regulatory bodies.
