I’m from Europe and would not feel safe over there. My perception of the USA is probably biased by lemmy, but it really doesn’t seem like the place to be.
I think you're pretty spot on. I'd recommend no one come to the US unless they absolutely have to.
Meh the violence here is fairly obvious unless you are unlucky and its completely random, but people are scared to tell the truth.
