If you mean that libright is still authoritarian by the imposition of capitalism, you're correct. Authority in the context of Political Compass memes refers only to direct government control.
The Political Compass is best as memes, not a serious way to view the world, so I can't really put a lot of effort into defending it, lol.
For anyone unaware of the context, the political compass is literally fash propaganda intended to appropriate the word "libertarian" from the left, creating the illusion of an antiauthoritarian capitalism. And it worked.
That ship had sailed about ~50 years before the Political Compass.
