There is a conspiracy theory, that this case and my previous post, Robert Pickton is related:

Both happened around Vancouver.
Pickton was working on the pig farm from 1970. He could mix his victims' bodies with sold pork around 1977.
There are some theories that prions can cause Parkinson's. You can get prions if you consume human brain.

The problems with this theory:

Pickton's murders officially started later in the 80s.
The connection between prions and Parkinson's is not fully understood if there is any
Officially 4 people is not a Parkinson's cluster, so it can just happen accidentally without common source.
