Just FYI, you can vaccinate yourself against ticks these days.

Still don't want them on me, but at least you don't have to worry about borrelia

The vaccine only has a 80 % efficacy. Don't go around getting ticks just because you get vaccinated.

I envy people whose problem with ticks is borreliosis.

Luckily, there also a vaccine against that. So I'll expand the PSA to that (especially for those that moved here from abroad)
