Im 28, ive known that im non binary for about 8 years. I dont experience much dysphoria so I havent thought much about any kind of transition, outside of facial hair removal. But lately, ive been thinking it would be really euphoric to have some modest mommy milkers. Has anyone here done a small amount of transitioning to achieve tiny titties? Or if you were endowed with a small chest by your first puberty, are there any thoughts you feel would be good for me to know?

Most AMAB people on HRT for a short time don't develop very large breasts, quickly. I've been on HRT for a couple of years and have only a 36aa and larger breasts run in my family. Not saying it's a guarantee, though. Everyone is different. But you could always take low dose estradiol for some time and just stop if you reach your goal. That said, size also changes somewhat with weight gain/loss as it creates a place for fat to be stored, so gaining weight still may increase size if you are smaller now and gain weight from the HRT or at a later time.

To the point of weight, I have consistently been a stringbean for all 28 years of life no matter what my diet and lifestyle have been. To an extent, I worry that I couldnt pass off even small breasts as being normal body flab in situations where I desire not to stand out.

you might not grow much even on normal HRT levels, then; at least anecdotally, most skinny trans girls I know struggle with growing breasts because of their low body fat.

That said, yes - on estrogen breasts will absolutely become more shapely and nipples will usually become larger and more noticeable; if you are trying to boymode still, you will have to find strategies to hide your breasts & nipples (even if the breasts are small). You might not be able to wear tight shirts or clothes, you might have to wear a tight sports bra with pads, or a binder.
