Note that I didn't say it wasn't cannibalism, just that it is as much so as organ donation. Exploitation is kind of the name of the game. Is prostitution any worse than doing physically grueling labor? Is organ donation technically different from cannibalism? Certainly, arguments can be made. They are certainly things to think about.
