Yeah I had to get past the harbor strike I think and didn't figure it out, it was a while ago, I've been meaning to come back to it but I'm not usually in the vibe for games of that genre
I feel that, both the harbor strike and the vibe. I know it’s a masterpiece but I find it hard to revisit

Iirc it’s basically two hard checks, either a red or yellow (the two stats players put the least points into imo), or you have to become the Race Understander. Not an easy choice
