Is Axis of Resistance understood to mean only the immediate regional actors or does it include the broader international community like DPRK?
I've always understood it as immediate regional actors in these kind of contexts
In this context it means regional actors only. Though I've seen it be used to describe the China-Russia-Iran broader alliance, when the West Asian Resistance uses the term they exclusively mean the Iran allied forces of the region.
