A bold headline meant to entice attention while also reflecting the content of the article accurately is not called a "clickbait", it is called a good headline.

Because people are still trying to weasel themselves out of responsibility and the title gets infront of the arguments and clearly states that, Yes, every peaceful person of a genocidal group needs to make a meaningful distinction between them and the genocider. This has not happened on a large enough scale within jewish communities to matter.

I would say that part of the article is about those exact people who are offended by the title.
