i saw a person wear a red shirt that read "cultural marxist" i have no idea what that means, can someone please explain?(i am sorry if wrong community)

Cultural Marxism conspiracy theory

Cultural Marxism is a far-right antisemitic conspiracy theory that misrepresents Western Marxism (especially the Frankfurt School) as being responsible for modern progressive movements, identity politics, and political correctness.

Assumedly, since it was a red shirt that proclaimed the wearer was a Cultural Marxist, that it was poking fun. Proclaiming "I am responsible for progressivism!" in effect.
