Help is here! This is a joke about anarcho capitalists, also known as "ancaps". These are people on the far-right fringes who believe in an extreme form of capitalism. Their ideology is not actually based on any kind of anarchist principles or thought, because capitalism is obviously itself a form of hierarchy - a very harmful one.
When anarcho capitalists are unable to hide behind anarchism, it's revealed that they're fundamentally fascists.

Black & Yellow = “Anarcho”-Capitalism.
Black is Anarchy, AnCaps aren’t anarchist so when you remove it you see they’re just neonazi alt right capitalists.
