Unclear what the circle-cross symbol means and/or what the yellow/white banner colors would be.

So the black and yellow is “anarcho”-capitalism.
The black represents anarchy, which leaves because AnCaps are not real anarchists.
And in the absence of the black it exposes the white showing representations of Nazism and White supremacism (The Celtic Cross is used by them) that were hidden.
Generally seeing either is a good indication that the person is a massive racist. The white on its own doesn’t mean anything in particular.

Help is here! This is a joke about anarcho capitalists, also known as "ancaps". These are people on the far-right fringes who believe in an extreme form of capitalism. Their ideology is not actually based on any kind of anarchist principles or thought, because capitalism is obviously itself a form of hierarchy - a very harmful one.
When anarcho capitalists are unable to hide behind anarchism, it's revealed that they're fundamentally fascists.
