Ah, but I'm doomscrolling the Lemmy end on the internet so it's okay because I'm building network effect to defeat Reddit :P
Feel free to argue with me in the replies for network effect purposes
But when you're doomscrolling you aren't spending time at hobbies and other fun stuff = you have less stuff to post about. Sure, you can doompost but Lemmy is filled to the brim with that already.
From the network effect standpoint, avoiding doomscrolling and posting about your interests is more efficient, at least in the current situation.
