Elon buying Twitter in the first place (with plans to openly destroy it) was helping them commit rights abuses in the first place - Twitter was a critical communications/organization tool during the Arab Spring, musk's job was in part to make sure that it wasn't sustainable for that purpose in the future, and it now isn't.
This has been the main thing all along.

Seems apt.
I think the same but for many political happenings.
But now they have the fediverse which is arguably a lot better than some corporate proprietary crap that censors anything revolutionary

True. I imagine in a few years there will at least be a few million spread across the whole fediverse.
