It can be made even easier:

1 can Spam
1 can evaporated milk
2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
Any vegetables you're not too lazy to cut up (optional)

Put milk, veggies, and seasoning into a Pyrex measuring cup and heat in microwave; heat Spam in microwave; pour milk concoction over Spam. Serve. Mmmmm, mmmm.
