@NephewAlphaBravo@hexbear.net figured it out it's uncooked frozen gyro meat, they get similar stuff at my job but it's supposed to be fried and shredded on a flattop grill
it's technically already fully cooked, like sliced bread, it's just suppose to be fried for better taste, cooks probably just stuck the bag in the fridge to thaw it and served it cold lmao
