MODERATORS
Exponents are typically highest exponent first.
PEMDAS
Parentheses, exponents, multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction.
Never met multiple exponents in a row at the same size and level, always saw them as ~a^~b^^c^, or a^(b^(c)) , so I didn't even think about that case.
