There's no way that's average anywhere unless they're getting like 7 drinks each on top of paying too much for food. Normalize going to a museum or walking in the park on dates!

This is above average except maybe in the more expensive US cities, I've never had a date cost anything like this, but I'm the type who would hike in the woods and cook the mushrooms we foraged and the date would basically cost zero. I wouldn't vibe with a person who wants a date that's like what a Fortune.com writer would envision.
