For me it's Tony Benn. Probably not greatly known outside of the UK. He was one of the old guard of the UK Labour Party's socialist faction. A man of principle and integrity, who would be ashamed at what Labour have become.

The interview with Ali G is legendary. You can tell at the end that Cohen is trying to hide his genuine respect to stay in character
