Brief Story
My mother grew up during the revolution and Iran-Iraq war, and has told me it was very common to learn how to assemble AKs. According to her, when she was a kid they'd take her to the Masjid along with other children and adults, and have them practice assembling the Klashnikovs.
She says she was very bad at it because she was too slow.
Basically, I'm saying that this seems pretty standard considering Iran's history with imperialist invasions.
You know I thought to myself, "There's no way that Donald just delays the invasion that Iran and probably the rest of the world (mostly the Global South) knows is inevitable and is doomed to fail once again", but somehow he has managed to do it.
Great to see Iran is fully preparing for this invasion. Donald really does seem to think that repeatedly delaying the invasion, which again Iran knows is coming, will let Iran's guard down. But I have a feeling this land invasion will probably be the final nail in the coffin for the empire.
Their aim is pretty good though.
