i dont think that's hitler or churchill, though the haute bourgeoisie character does conform to churchill it's more churchill checks all the sterotypical 19th century monopolist grains.

the guy on the ground dropped glasses/monocle, not hitler imo

I don't think these are supposed to be glasses or a monocle, there's a whole bunch of squiggles like that and i think they just represent cartoon dust that is supposed to convey commotion. Otherwise the nazi would have had 3 pairs of glasses / monocles. Also, he has a Hitler mustache and parted hair. From the context, it just makes the most sense that these are Hitler, Stalin and Churchill.

the other two have noses i figure the squigly on the petit bourgeois face is damaged nose vs a hitlerstasche. his outfit (and churchills) are totally wrong. also hitler representing small business is such a deep grain, like the author has read the trotsky hitler particle quote
