Huh, so a water balloon launcher with some sharp rocks can probably make sure they understand this was a bad idea
There are large multi stage hobby rockets that can be launched in ballistic tragectoried from pretty far away.
You would need a army... they treat these places like missle silos. Thats what heppens when you let big tech fascist run wild
or a drone with a water gun filled with bleach water and the ability to aim.
A cloud of concrete rock dust might create short circuits.
