That is a good art installation highlighting the 40-ish 9/11s that happen every year due to alcohol consumption and its glorification in the USA. This doesn't include the victims of drunk driving or domestic violence, neither.
That's just soda and water.
Eh, then I have to change my numbers. Nearly 50 9/11s! Like one a week.
