26 downvotes... the very same people that cry for freedom on one part of the world cheer when this kind of things happen.
Actually this brings up a question of mine here on Lemmy… does a downvote mean:
A) I dislike this content B) I dislike your source or article
Like on Reddit, we’d upvote news, even bad news because the OP brought us a news story we were unaware of and we appreciated that. If we didn’t like their source, biased reporting or pushing an agenda, we’d downvote.
However, here it’s not karma driven. Does that change the mechanics?
