Reuters, truly some Kremlin propaganda.
Clearly not what I'm saying. Also, propaganda isn't based on lies, at its core is selectively telling the truth to support a narrative.
Ah yes, because Reuters is clearly propaganda and is clearly only telling part of the truth to support the Kremlin narrative.
