If the government shuts down and it's announced that money is still going to Ukraine, that is the end of the Biden reelection campaign. No one is going to vote for a guy whose openly financing the shadiest country on the planet instead of his own.

He does, the math is just distorted. Theoretically he can lose the election and it's possible he actually will because he's such a fucking moron.
You underestimate liberal mental gymnastics. The people that would be pissed off about it are probably not going to be voting for him anyway.
