Breakfast: Müsli or bread with Nutella, oatmilk
Lunch: Sandwich, yogurt, maybe something on the side like olives, caprese salad, whatever I fancy
Dinner: I cook something, preferably enough for two days or just some spaghetti or frozen pizza if I’m lazy.
Throughout the day I drink tea, iced tea and water
