I guess notifications for free games are kind of an ad for the platform, but you can just block the community if you don't want too see them! If you're unhappy about Amazon in particular then you can create a free trial of prime, grab the games, then delete it. Or just use a Lemmy client which lets you filter out anything with [Amazon Prime] in the title!
