I was locked in place and became infinity and was tortured for like 10,000 years as I saw the last moments before singularity, with rippling interference as the singularity grew and reality shrunk in chunks and waves. Everything stretched thin before me as I saw the undoing of all, and then suddenly I was in my bed with my cat, sticky with dried, melted ice cream cuddled into my arm.
Also I dropped the ice cream and the cat ate it

I used to get similar auditory hallucinations of peoples voices when I was a kid, usually at night when trying to sleep. In my case they were voices of real people I knew and had talked to that day, but like you I couldn't make out what they were saying, it was like random syllables. It can still happen when I'm really tired or stoned but not as much as it used to.
