What in the fuck does any of that mean?
It means Len likes druuuuuugs. IIRC he took the record company advance, went on a 3 month bender with his buddies, and never delivered an album.
They spent the money for the video clip getting wasted the night before filming, with just enough to high some scooters, they're all hungover as fuck in the video clip.
I'm pretty sure the second verse is about giving head.
