We can upload images directly to Lemmy but that does increase the load on the instances. What other services do you recommend? Do you have a go to?

If the image is from anywhere else on the internet, you can link it from there. I found myself downloading things out of habit. Idk about image hosting sites, they have a pretty unsustainable business model, so I doubt any particular one will be around in a few years.

What do you do with images that you want to share - for example, if you want to show off your awesome new keyboard in !mechanicalkeyboards@lemmy.ml ?
