MODERATORS
Try learning some Arabic or Hebrew, moderators for content in those languages are mostly sourced from the MENA region where the notion of hate-speech is quite distorted and homophobia and hate-speech directed towards nonbelievers are considered normal. Reporting hate-speech in those languages almost never leads to removals.
