Amazing how I am able to understand this by only knowing Swedish and English.
"Tasty in your hand"?
"Lekker" is a weird word for us; it also works as "nicely" in a way.
Afterwards it says "out of the hand", which is an idiom meaning "lost control/went off the rails"
So it basically says " How was your weekend? Nicely lost control(/went off the rails)"

In Swedish we have "Läcker" which means tasty
Yeah thats the actual meaning of Lekker for us as well.

Comparing to German, in Dutch everything can be lekker!
I think it can be translated as: "So how did your weekend go?" "Just nicely out of hand".
