I don't think so but I've seen the "Jewish hand" trope and it's usually a fuxked-up crone's hand type thing. Just some more dehumanization.
Edit: found an example:
The commie hand was just trying to straighten the Leaning Tower of Pisa. More evidence of the fascist's contempt for human progress and worship of a mythical past smfh
Think of how much money it would save Italy in upkeep of the tower
