True, but they'll means test the hell out of them all, making them highly inefficient and thus ripe for GOP demagogues demanding they be scrapped entirely.
Still much better than the fascists and other demagogues looking for an excuse to defund everything that helps people who need help, of course, but not great.
That is the ultimate horror for the 1%
