Why is the security fix the only change with no details
Possibly because not everyone updates immediately, and therefore the security flaw could still be abused.

Maybe because it makes no sense to tell people about vulnerabilities in the code (even if they were fixed)?
I know, but still, you don't point people to the code that is vulnerable for attacks. If you want to know more, you need to look on Bugzilla by yourself.
