There are a lot of changes in 120 in format support.
120 supports hardware HEVC decoding.
They're paying for HVEC support finally?
It's passthrough to WMF.
A really terrible decision for the open web.
WMF? Windows media framework?
Windows Media Foundation I believe, but yeah.
